So like, we’re kinda financially tight after my mom got diagnosed with cancer and got disability retirement. My paycheck goes to rent and what little my mom gets goes to bills and nessecities. I’m slowly selling some of my stuff and want to give that money to my mom, but she most likely won’t accept it. I figured I should just sneak the money into her wallet or into her drawers, but she’s always home. What do.
I hate Wednesdays not because we have our biggest deliveries, but because my coworker from the other store does store to store deliveries. When he tries to strike up a convo it’s always so textbook, like ‘How’s your day? How are you doing? Is your mom okay? Is she recovering well? Are your antidepressants working for you? Are you planning on going back to school soon?’ I got tired and just give one word replies instead of trying to elaborate like I used to.
